Worship Specifics and Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a registration for worship?

No. We are no longer registering for worship. Social distancing will continue on our campus.

What if both worship gatherings are full?

Due to social distancing there are a limited number of seats available for each service.  The student worship center will be available as an overflow room during each worship gathering. For those who attend regularly, we are asking if you would worship 1 Sunday per month in the student worship center to make room for others in the main worship center.

Is there a check-in process?

No, not for our worship gatherings. Check-in for preschool and kids will take place like normal. The preschool check-in is located behind the worship center and the kids check-in is located at Kidz Inc in the Education Building by the gym.

Are there assigned seats?

No. Our rows are 6 feet apart and we ask each family unit to leave 3 chairs between them and the next family unit.

What precautions are you taking to protect us from COVID-19?

In addition to social distancing all of our seating in our worship center, we have medical masks available upon request (but are not required), your offering can be placed in giving boxes as you enter or leave, no bulletins or Next Steps cards will be distributed, the coffee shop is closed, sanitizing stations will be placed in the front lobby, worship gatherings will be less than on hour, and there will not be any greeting time during the service.

Are there programs and groups for my child/student?

Yes! Preschool, kids, and students have returned on campus for Sunday mornings at 9:30am and 11:00am. The videos above share the specifics in each area.

Are Wednesday activities back?

The student ministry,  middle and high school students, is the only gathering happening on Wednesday evenings. Students will meet on Wednesdays from 6:45pm-8:00pm. At this time there are no children activities or adult groups.

Are food or drinks allowed?

As a precaution, we ask that no food or drink be brought into our worship building.

What about adult groups?

Some adult groups have returned on campus. Check here for the list of our adult community groups: Community Groups

What if I am uncomfortable returning to worship?

Our worship gatherings will continue online forever. You can worship from home at 9:30am or 11:00am online, on Facebook, or in the FBC Loganville app. Preschool and kids resources will be posted each week in the app for you to worship with your family at home.

How do I know if I shouldn't attend a worship gathering?

Here are a few signs that you should not attend a worship gathering. In the last 14 days, have you or anyone in your household had any of the following symptoms: sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath for unknown reasons, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit? Have you or anyone in your household tested positive for COVID-19? Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19?

If you or a family member in your house answers "yes" to any of these questions we ask that you worship online with us for that Sunday.
