Sunday Gatherings: 9:30am & 11:00am

I'm Interested in Joining a Group - What do I need to know?

We believe that the most successful groups are formed organically, based on the people who are already in your sphere of influence. Don't feel like you have anyone? Let's brainstorm a little. Some of the best places to look are:
  • The people you serve with. Sometimes the best relationships are formed in the midst of serving. We have ample opportunity for you to serve - and yes, even fun opportunities. Check out the current list of opportunities. If something looks appealing, fill out the form for more info. And don't worry, we won't hound you. Promise.
  • Church-wide ministries. Women's Ministry, Men's Ministry, Young Adults, etc. Each of these ministries hold events, bible studies and/or retreats.
  • Friends of friends. Ask Around! If you just ask the people you come in contact with, they might be able to point you in the right direction for finding other folks.

WHERE DO I START?
We encourage you to look at the people around you and start a group with them. Once you have your group, select a leader and have them sign up at this link. A staff member will reach out with a starter kit and all the supplies you need. Don’t know anyone? Our Groups class meets on Sunday as a way to meet other people looking for groups.

Groups are self-led and a shared responsibility, but we ask to have one established contact person. This way, we can support and encourage your group as you walk together.
