We believe churches should strive to meet individual needs through relationships with others in community (e.g. life groups, volunteering and events.) When additional care is required, the following Care & Support teams address unique life circumstances.

Support

Prayer
If you want someone to pray with you, members of the Prayer Team are available at all of our services in the Hospitality Suite and other times throughout the week. Or you can send them a message by clicking here.

Each day we also compile a list of prayer requests/praises and email them to those who have committed to pray for the church’s needs. If you would like to be added to this email list or want to submit a request, sign-up here »

Counseling
Individual, family, couple and financial counseling sessions are available by appointment for FBCL members and attendees. Call 770.466.4250, x228.

Financial Assistance
FBCL offers a food pantry to those within our church family and our community who are in need of assistance. Come by the office during the week, Monday-Thursday 8:30-5, or call 770.466.4250, x228.

Care

Hospital Visits
Teams of trained, caring members are available to visit for prayer and encouragement if you, or someone you know, is hospitalized. To request visitation call 770.466.4250, x271.

Weddings
Marriages performed by our FBCL Pastoral Team require 4 months advanced notice for scheduling for Friday evenings or Saturday mornings only. Start here with our wedding information packet for members and non-members.

Funerals
If you are a regular FBCL attender who has experienced the loss of a family member you can contact us to make arrangements. Please call 770.466.4250, x221.
