Our desire in missions is to: |

Impact people for Christ And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others. (2 Timothy 2:2)
Demonstrate His love Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)
Proclaim the truth at every opportunity But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. (1 Peter 3:15)
Promote a Christ-based world view in our congregation Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12:2)
Promote lifestyle change in every person and a deeper Christian walk for each FBCL member by participation in mission trips.
Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:13-14)
